Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation, indicating that we’ve received your order and payment. We then immediately check our warehouse to confirm the availability of the product. If the product is backordered or unavailable, we will notify you and ask whether you would prefer to wait or receive a refund. If the item is in stock and ready for shipment (1-3 business days), we will proceed with processing and shipment.
Order Shipment
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will receive tracking information as soon as it’s available. If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days, feel free to contact us via email.
- We ship to all European countries via UPS, DHL, and GLS.
- Once your order is processed, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.
- Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
Order Changes
If you need to change your order after completing payment, please contact us at info@flotonled.com as soon as possible. We will respond promptly and do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that if the item has already shipped, changes may not be possible, or additional time and costs may apply.
Return Policy
At Floton LED, we want every item to be the perfect match for your needs. If you find that the item isn’t right for you, we’re here to help. Contact us at info@flotonled.com, and we will get back to you within one business day to guide you through our return process.
Return Terms
- Only LED Grow Lights can be returned or exchanged. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from delivery, and the items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs for items being returned for personal reasons are the buyer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged or defective (with proof), we will provide a return shipping label.
Before Returning an Item
Please contact Floton LED Service (info@flotonled.com) before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
- Have your order information ready (order number, platform, email address).
- Provide a brief description of the issue (if applicable), and include photos or videos of the labels on the original packaging to speed up the process.
Return addresses vary by region, so please request return shipping details before sending any items back.
Items Shipped From China:
Once shipped, items from China cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure the shipping address is correct and that you can clear customs before placing your order. If the goods are undeliverable due to buyer error, we cannot offer a refund for any fees paid.
