1. Warranty Provided
Floton LED provides a warranty for its LED Grow Lights, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship for a fixed period starting from the date of shipment. The warranty offers a 1-year full-cover period, during which customers receive free components, repair services, and shipping. After the first year and up to 5 years, the warranty becomes limited, where customers will still receive free components, but will be responsible for the repair and shipping costs.
2. What is Covered
- Defects in Material or Workmanship: If your product experiences a defect due to manufacturing errors within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Failure to Function as Expected: If the product fails to perform under normal conditions, we will provide a replacement or repair.
3. What is Not Covered
- Damage Due to Improper Use or Installation: Any damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or alteration of the product is not covered.
- Physical Damage: Damages caused by impact, abuse, or mishandling.
- Environmental Factors: Damage caused by extreme conditions such as excessive heat, humidity, or water exposure.
- Natural Wear and Tear: Degradation or reduced performance due to regular use, including the loss of brightness over time.
4. Warranty Eligibility
The warranty applies only when:
• The product is purchased directly from Floton LED’s official website or authorized retailers and distributors.
• Products are installed in environments where ambient conditions align with the specified operational ranges:
• LED Grow Lights: Ambient temperatures ≤ 40°C (104°F)
5. Warranty Claims Process
To request a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Floton LED Support at info@flotonled.com within 30 days of discovering a defect. Provide the following details:
- Order number, purchase platform, and order email.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of labels on the original box (if available).
- Clear images or videos of the faulty product.
- Return the Product: If we confirm that the product qualifies for a warranty claim, we may ask you to return it for inspection and verification. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by Floton LED for eligible claims.
- Repair or Replacement: After the inspection, Floton LED will either repair the defective unit or provide a replacement.
6. Substitute Lighting Service
In case your plants require continuous lighting, we offer a temporary substitute lighting service:
- A deposit will be charged for the substitute lighting.
- You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs of the substitute.
- The substitute must be returned within one week after receiving your repaired or replacement unit.
- The deposit will be refunded once the substitute is returned in good condition.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
Floton LED reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty without prior notice, but any changes will only apply to purchases made after such modifications.
